Step 1 | |
Melt the butter in microwave safe bowl. With a wooden spoon mix the brown sugar, white sugar and cocoa powder with the melted butter. | |

Add in the greek yogurt & vanilla and mix to combine. | |

Add in the flour, salt & baking soda. Mix to combine. | |
Step 4 | |
Add coconut and chopped walnuts and mix together. Chill for 30 minutes. | |
Step 5 | |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spoon dough with an ice cream scooper on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper about 2-3 inches apart. Cookies with spread. Bake for 8-9 minutes. Let cool and serve. |
